By purchasing or downloading a Salamahtype font, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the font according to the license you purchased.

The license belongs to the individual, business, or organization that purchased it and may not be transferred to another entity.

Your license is perpetual unless it is terminated because of a violation of these terms.

You may install the font on the number of devices allowed by your license. The font may be used for your own design work and for creating permitted commercial products.

Font files must remain under the control of the licensed user or organization and must not be shared with people or organizations outside the license.

You may use the font to create physical or digital end products such as packaging, merchandise, printed materials, artwork, and other finished products.

Your total number of commercial products must remain within the limit of your selected license.

The font may not be distributed as an editable or extractable asset that allows customers or third parties to use the font themselves.

All licenses include unlimited use in organic social media content.

This includes posts, stories, reels, videos, thumbnails, pins, and other non-paid content published through your official social media accounts.

Paid or sponsored social media advertising is treated as paid advertising and is subject to the monthly impression limit of your license.

Website use is allowed only with licenses that include website usage.

The font may be self-hosted on your website within the monthly page-view limit of your license.

The font must not be provided to website visitors as a downloadable font file.

Logo and branding use is allowed only with licenses that include Logo Design.

You may create a logo or brand identity using the font. Final logo files may be delivered as outlined vectors or flattened images.

Trademark registration is only permitted with a Business or Corporate License.

eBook and ePub use is permitted only with licenses that include this usage.

The number of titles is limited according to the license purchased. Font embedding must be implemented in a way that prevents unauthorized extraction or reuse of the font software.

Font embedding in apps or games is allowed only with licenses that specifically include App / Game usage.

The font must be embedded in a protected format and must not be made available as a standalone font file.

Broadcast, cinema, and television use is permitted only with a Corporate License.

This includes titles, advertisements, programs, films, television content, and other large-scale broadcast media.

You may use the font to create permitted designs for clients.

However, the font files themselves may not be transferred, shared, or provided to clients. A client who needs to directly install or use the font must purchase their own license.

• Share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the font files.
• Give the font files to clients, customers, collaborators, or other third parties.
• Make the font available as a downloadable or editable asset for others.
• Use a license purchased by another person, business, or organization.
• Use the font beyond the limits of your purchased license.
• Use the Font Software to train, test, validate, or develop AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning models.

If your project exceeds the limits of your current license, you must upgrade to the appropriate license before continuing that usage.

If you are unsure which license you need, please contact Salamahtype before using the font for the intended project.

This license may be terminated if you violate the terms of this agreement.

If your license is terminated, you must stop using the font and remove the font software from your devices and systems.

Salamahtype may update or change its licensing terms from time to time.

Any changes made after your purchase will not retroactively change the rights or usage limits of the license you have already purchased.

Your use of the font remains governed by the license terms that were in effect when you purchased that license.

If you purchase a new license or upgrade an existing license after the terms have been updated, the new purchase or upgrade will be governed by the terms applicable at that time.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
